Chelsea football club and club captain John Terry today jointly announced that he will no longer be at Stamford bridge next season.
The defender who has been with the team for 22 years making 713 appearances has featured less this season but is a true club legend.
He has through out his stay in Stamford bridge won 14 major honours including 4 league titles and a Champions league trophy. He also has scored 66 goals for the club.
The club in a statement today wished him the very best of luck for the future.
John Terry is one of only 5 defenders to have won PFA player of the year award and is the Premier leauge's highest scoring defender of all time.
